Cannot figure out metal grinding noise…

Looking for any ideas/tips on how to figure out the issue I’m having. Currently, my 4Runner is on 285/70r17 mud-terrains (relatively low and uneven tread which causes an insane amount of vibration). I am also sitting on a 2.5in lift in the front and 1.5in lift in the rear.

At low speeds (about 23 mph), I am experiencing a very loud metal grinding noise that sounds like it’s coming from my left front wheel well, no matter if I’m accelerating, decelerating or coasting. It’s loud when I’m going straight, louder while I’m turning left, and almost non-existent while turning right.

Just wondering if anyone recognizes this noise, and may have experienced this themselves. I feel like the modifications I have done to my vehicle are not extensive and are pretty common. Any ideas?

Wheel bearing. Replace in pairs. Use only OEM if you want them to last.
