Can I test out 100 watt bulbs for a short time with the stock wiring harness?

I'm considering upgrading from 60 watt bulbs to 100 watt bulbs in my 4runner because I can get more light without worrying about the headlight housing not working with the new bulb type.

The additional power requires me to upgrade the wiring harness. But before I go through that, I want to see if it'll be worth it.

How fast would I over heat my wiring harness if I put 100 watt bulbs in as a test? (assuming the fuses didn't blow). Would it do it immediately, or would I have a few minutes to test it out?
