Can CV axles be repaired?

I ordered some CV Axles for my 2001 SR5. They arrived damaged and they refunded my money and said that they don't need the part back. What do you think!? Can anybody tell me if this can be fixed!?

 

That seems to be a dust cover for the back side of the hub. You could try to straighten it out, it's not going to be perfect, but as long as that seal is not damaged and the bent part is not interfering with the sealing surface it could be used. You should have told them to send you another one. Also can you check if that's just the seal cover that's bent? maybe you can get a seal and put it on in place of the bent part. cheap part fix.
