Can’t seem to find pre-painted grille for my 2005 Dorado Gold so easily. Any tips??

New to the forum. I have a ‘05 dorado gold. Trying to bring things back to original after my younger self spray painted my grille black, wasn’t a fan of the chrome, still am not. Really would love to find a color matched dorado gold grille for my truck. Has anyone managed to find that part or know the color code for it? Seems to be a rare part on its own. Don’t mind doing a paint job myself but you can’t beat OEM. Thanks all.

 

Don’t think you’ll find one simply because nobody sells them. I’d just go the route everyone else goes and have it painted. I’m sure you can bring it to a paint shop and ask them to color match it to your gold. You can find the color code with your vin# or just google searching it. I think your black grille looks good, but the color matched looks even better IMO.

 

You can purchase a grill and paint it yourself or make your grill like I did.
