C4 Low Profile Bumper for OG 5th gen

2010 4Runner SR5

So I managed to find a never used 10-13 C4 Low Profile bumper on marketplace, unfortunately it didn't come with the brackets and hardware but I was able to get a parts list from C4.

Question is, has anyone welded on a bullbar to the low pro bumper? I figured I would make the brackets and inch or so longer so the bumper stuck out a bit instead of being flush. That would give me the space to weld one on. Just curious to see if anyone has done that before. Thanks in advance!
