Just discovered my transmission cooler is bypassed.
Just travelled 225Km from my current home to visit my parents. Discovered this while inspecting my LBJ after suffering a failure last week.
    WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I bought an auxiliary transmission cooler, except is back home 225Km away!!!

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
Did you have any trouble with the transmission? Heck, you have two choices, leave it alone, and let it work as-is, or remove the bypass.

FIX the ball joint, though. I'd check all 4 to make sure there are no others close to failure!

All the 4 ball joints are new, was spooked by the failure.
Only to dicover the LBJ bolts broke, two broke, the the two fell off I presume.
I will attend to ths Transmission when am back home 225Km away.
    Hope holds...
