Any one know of a company that makes a flat black bug deflector? Saw one on a RAM the other day.

You could always wrap one or use paint.

was hoping to just find a one and done and not worry about chipping or peeling.

AVS is the way to go, I have one.

If I'm being honest, your money is better spent getting a PPF coating. I still get bug splats and rock chips on my window, and my hood still gets chipped paint.

Is it less than if I didn't have one? Maybe, but if my car hadn't come with it I wouldn't buy one. At high speeds rocks are traveling too fast to be pushed off course by the air curtain made by these deflectors. Even bugs get by, a lot of them do, so I say the only part of your vehicle protected by a bug guard is the part that is physically under it.
