    Hello folks
Well, I replaced a leaking passenger side rear wheel cylinder on my 99 2wd SR5 the other day. Bled the brakes today and upon starting it up to take if for a spin, I realized the brake light was on now. It was NOT on prior to starting any of the work. I had added a bit of fluid to the master cylinder prior to the brake bleed to ensure I didn't run that dry and now it's sitting right around the max fill line. I'm new to all this, so any help someone can provide would be much appreciated.
    Thank you
    Jim

Might be the sensor\float in the master cylinder is bad. Could also be the e-brake switch is stuck on. Shouldn't be anything related to the wheel cylinder.

That brake fluid level line is very picky.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm hoping maybe I overfilled the master cylinder...so I'll pull some out today and see if that works. I can't imagine anything just went bad (float and/or stuck switch) over the course of two days of no use....
