Good Morning. Frist post so bear with me. Live in interior Alaska and not uncommon for winter temperature to go -40 to -60 (F). Block heater went out and have not been able to find replacement. Existing heater was replaced 5 years ago and is a zerostart which came from the Toyota dealer in Fairbanks, AK. The parts man there said that Toyota made them dump the heaters they had this past year, and that Toyota's do not need engine heaters. The only thing Toyota will allow them to do is install oil pan heater and battery blanket. Kat's block heater hits the cylinder wall. Thank you in advance.

Toyota Canada had one (C0140-02134) for the 5vz. Can't confirm if it is compatible, but I'd guess it was. Seems very silly of Toyota to stop selling block heaters considering there are more reasons to have one than reducing engine wear.
