I need some spring assistance. Let me provide some background. Right after I purchased my 2022 TRD Offroad, I upgraded the tires and suspension and added a few goodies:

    Tires: Falken Wildpeaks 275/70-17
Suspension Front: 6112s (circlips at 6/4) with E4-FD1-Z005B50 standard springs
Suspension Rear: 5100s with 36-281817 springs (1-1.5 lift)
Roof Rack: Gobi Stealth (adds 70 lb)
Awning: OVS 180 (adds 50 lb)
Skid Plates: Full RCI (adds 120 lb)

Ride Height Numbers from Ground to Fender:
    Front: 37"
    Rear: 37.5"

This has been a great setup...really nice handling with good clearance. Within the next two weeks, I'm adding the following:

    All Weight Up Front:
    - C4 LoPro bumper (adds 75 lb)
    - Warn Zeon 10S Winch (adds 75 lb)
    - Diode Dynamics Lightbar in bumper (adds 5 lb)
    - Dual battery up front (adds 25 lb)
    - Viair Compressor (adds 5 lb)

    Weight Distributed:
    - 4X Innovation Rock Sliders (adds 150 lb)

This will be adding considerable weight so it will affect ride height and handling. That equates to over 180 lbs just for the front items alone and more when you calculate the remaining. I want to upgrade the front springs since most of the weight is up front. This is where I'm hoping for assistance.

Which Bilstein front springs should I upgrade to?

    - Bilstein E4-FD1-Y005B46 rated for 700 lbs (150-200 lbs extra)
    - Bilstein E4-FDI-Z562B00 rated for 650 lbs (80-140 lbs extra)

Seems like the 700 lb set would be the no-brainer, but I've had a couple of shops recommend the 650 lb set citing the 700 lb set may be too stiff.

    Your experience/advice?

I am running 700lb springs with similar weight. C4 low pro bumpers/warn evo winch/lightbar. Roof rack, sliders and full skids.

thank you for the quick post. How do you like your set up? Is it too stiff or just about right?

I am very happy with the ride. Had the 700lb coils before I added bumper/winch. Surprised how well it rode before adding the front end weight.
