Beware of Member 'Marcor'

The forum is hereby advised not to deal with a member with user name Marcor, goes by the name Mark for any classified items.

He tried pulling a fraud on me by accepting payment and refusing to ship an item he had/has for sale.

Had a 2021 Headunit for sale for 900.
When I confirmed my intention to purchase he firstly refused PayPal saying he does not use it and will take payment via a third party unsecured app on his wife's account. On my insistence, said his son/son in law has a PayPal.

I sent the money via PayPal goods and services and he got pissed that he did not receive the funds in his account right away and that the funds are on hold with PayPal.
Told him that's what buyer protection is and the funds would be released to him by PayPal once I receive the item and the funds have already been remitted by me cementing by intention as a genuine buyer.

When I shared my address, made an excuse that I earlier wanted the item to be shipped to an office but now I want it shipped to an apartment complex. So he will not ship it.
This is wrong, because I told him I would have it shipped to the front office of my apartment for safety because USPS delivers to the front office while UPS and FedEx directly to resident apartments. Never mentioned about having it shipped to any work office.
And what difference does it make where you ship it if I am paying for shipping and the shipping is same.
Anyhow, my funds are stuck and I did not receive any item.
