I got my 4Runner a few months ago and haven’t done anything besides window decals. Lift, wheels and tires are the top of my list. Looking for feedback on best options. Mostly planning on either falken at4w or bf Goodrich ko2. Thoughts? And also any recommendations on good beadlocks to go with em?

Search this forum and t4r.org. You'll die of old age before you get through all the available info on tires and wheels. The tires you mentioned are both solid choices. I recently bought Toyo Open Country ATs and have been very happy. My research led me to conclude that there are few significant differences between the top brands. Your call on wheels but the beating mine took in the rock gardens at Windrock Park a few months ago is why I run Sequoia takeoffs I bought for $200 total on FB Marketplace.

    A work in progress.....
On my 2008 I am using stock wheels and Cooper STMAXX Tires in 235/80R17 and am very happy with them. They worked with no lift, but I just added one inch adjustable struts. I also added front hitch to go with portable winch. I went with the Coopers over the KO2's due to being more aggressive and QUIETER.

+1 on Jeepsters point about the Coopers. KO2s were awesome, but theyre outdated and outdone by better options nowadays, not to mention the KO3s are out. Coopers, Toyo, Falken offerings are commonly talked at being above the KO2s. but YMMV and choose what you like best for your situation
