Upgrading my head unit to a Kenwood Excelon Reference DMX1057XR which will be able to take multiple cameras

Looking for suggestions for a forward facing camera as well as upgraded rear camera. Anyone have any suggestions?

Gracias!!! @Borracho Loco for putting this in the thread. Seriously cool kit here.

I've wanted to do a front camera on our Venture for a long time - been keeping my eyes peeled for the right kit. I love this one. Might be the one. Anyone else using this one? I love the front/rear switch location and the fact that it's backlighted.

FWIW, this kit does appear to be configured as a bolt-on for the OEM head unit vs. the Kenwood aftermarket head unit that @Thacrow is doing. But, it also appears that the Trail Grid Pro team has multiple options and is real accessible for conversations to get the right kit via phone and/or email.

BTW, here's the link to the kit:

This camera setup works in OEM and non-OEM head units. People on Tacoma World have been adding them to their trucks for years. I almost did it to mine.

I did it. Followed the TrailGridPro YouTube video, and it worked! Took about 2.5 hours all in, and it wasn’t bad at all, just had to work carefully. The lines lie slightly outside the tire paths. Yellow tick mark is 18” from the bumper’s leading edge, green mark is 2.5’ and blue ceramic planter is 3.5’, so it’s a major fish eye lens. Been loving it!
