Hey y’all from St. Augustine, FL! I drive on the beach for the best paddle board spots with my dog, Daisy, and love to camp at festivals!
Loved my 2001 SR5 V8 for over 10 years and gave it up after the tranny blew at 190k. I stalked this forum quite a bit over the years and you guys definitely helped me figure out some stuff! Switched to a smaller 4WD for my adventures with an ‘05 Tucson and regretted that decision ever since. Been without a 4Runner for about 4 years now and I think I found my new baby.
What questions would you ask about a 2015 SR5 Premium with 111k on it...? Mileage is high but it’s a smokin’ deal and I would be buying sight unseen.
Advise please! I miss 4Runner life!

Have you been able to check it out on Carfax? That's a good start.

I personally wouldn't be worried about the miles, especially if the price is right. I would try to get pictures of the underbody if possible and check for any excess rust.

There's a lot that you can't figure out without a test drive. I would have a hard time buying a vehicle that way. Post pictures if you end up buying it!

I definitely asked about rust- that helped do in my 2001. They confirmed no rust. Looked at the carfax- one owner, no issues except for one no major incident accident reported. It’s pristine.
I agree, mileage isn’t an issue- that’s why we love them, right?
