    It definitely shows at our local toyo dealership with minimal lot inventory.... Very slim picking

    The chip short is affecting not only the auto industry, based on what Toyota Executives are saying, towards the end of the first quarter of the New year we should be returning to a certain level of normalcy. Doesn't help that 4Runners are only made in Japan, so the wait times are even longer.

    Last Friday, I was at my Dealer and noticed there were no 4Runners or Tacos on their lot - none. As I was leaving, I met the Sales Lady that sold me my 4R. She mentioned that every 4R and Taco on order is sold before arriving at the dealership. So, at least for the moment, nothings changed.
