The ARB base rack looks like a nice system. One of the reasons for not going with the Pro is the rack- looks cool but also do not look very practical.
ARB doesn't show fitment at this point..

That looks nice, There are what seems like hundreds of racks for the 4 runner to choose from. And I agree the PRO rack looks useless to me. I could throw a few bags in it for a trip, but for carrying a canoe, kayaks, surfboard/snowboards, lumber , or my christmas tree, I need something better.

Resurrecting an old thread - has anyone got an ARB base rack on a 5th Gen yet? I'm seriously considering this, but would love to hear from someone that has one to hear about overall height including rack + mounting rail.

I would also be interested to hear experiences. I love a lot about this style of rack, but am concerned about wind noise. I travel 300 highway miles a week, so keeping the additional wind noise to a minimum is desirable.

Hope some one else can help you out...........or you can buy it and tell us all about it!

Haha Bueller…lol had me going. I would have grabbed this one but I don’t believe it’s a full length rack. And I wish to have a full length not a 3/4. Bajaracks has one like this, I mean tons do but yea.
