Contemplating whether to go forward with Xpel Stealth PPF on our MGM 'Runner. @peiwei shared pics of his Midnight Black Metallic with Xpel Stealth in this post and it looks spectacular. Curious if anyone has pics of an MGM with the same film. Thanks!

I’ve never used Xpel, but it seems to be “the” acceptable standard film on this forum. It’s probably a very good choice.

I have not seen it on a 4R but I did see a Defender in black being done at a local shop the other day. It looked pretty sweet. The only part they could not do is those ridges on Defender hood. I wish I had taken some pics now.

Basically the shiny black becomes a matte finish.

I am have my front end done in the spring but with regular Xpel Plus.

The MGM is pretty dark still. I bet it would look just as sick as black.

Yes, I remember seeing one done online before. I remember seeing it on cargurus.com for sale. I would try some nationwide searches.
