    Hey guys,

    I'm annoyed with Bilstein's 15 week back-order on 6112's so I'm considering other options.

Do any of you guys have any experience with the new Eibach 2.0 coilovers, or the FOX offering?

I like that the FOX's are linear, but I'm concerned with the bearing in the lower eyelet.. I'd rather have a bushing there for my uses. Regardless, these seem to get OK reviews from the little I've seen. FOX seems to know what they're doing, but going by the spec sheets, these clearly don't get the same love from FOX as the Factory Series parts. Still, they should be sufficient for my needs. @gunsnob , didn't you run these for a bit?

The Eibach's are a little less expensive and seem to fit the bill perfectly with a bushing in the lower eyelet, however these are quite new so I cannot find much info about them. I called Eibach and the guy on the phone was helpful. They also have practically a full-time rep on the other forum, which I think is great. Overall, seems like a good company to support IMO. Just looking for some feedback on this product with respect to ride feel and durability. @ForRun , any thoughts on yours now that you've had them for a while?

I think I'd be fine with either accompanying shock in the rear, which will be paired with a 1" lift spring from Bilstein (no other option for 1" lift spring from what I'm seeing, unfortunately).

    Thanks!

I have the fox 2.0’s in the rear, over 20k on them with zero issues and they ride great paired with icon lift springs. I think the coil overs are the fox 2.5’s just FYI.

Yeh, don't think a lot of guys run these...

Mtb, good to hear that about the FOX 2.0 rears. Those seem like a really good rear shock option for us. In the front, FOX does offer their standard 2.5's, but they also offer a less expensive 2.0 coilover.. it's not inverted, doesn't have as premium materials, smaller, etc. etc.

As tempted as I am to go with KINGS or FOX 2.5... I feel they aren't for me. Everyone clearly seems to think that there is no compromise with KINGS, but I disagree. I don't want to deal with additional maintenance of possibly leaking hoses, or mounting the reservoirs, and I don't want bearings in the lower eyelet which require maintenance especially if you're in snow and salt a lot.

Heck, I'm even considering just Eibach shocks and some lift springs at this point.. but I fear the lean. I don't need the performance of high-end suspension quite yet, so why deal with it's drawbacks?
