I bought an 85 in mint shape, but it didn't come with a fiberglass shell. Instead, a canvas softopper. I have found conflicting information about the all weather feature. Is it all weather? Where can I find a used fiberglass top? Murf

Welcome and a great score indeed. A claim of "all weather" is only that. You probably can expect some wind and water intrusion. It will sag if under a snow load though, I know this because of the soft top on my Jeep (currently no top, Cali winters).

Steve, thanks so much. I had, no, still have a 92 pickup. i hit 2 deer within 5 days. Totalled the truck but had full coverage. Collected a check and hit another kne. Still runs fine, cosmetic damage. Scored this one always wanted kne. But still on the hunt for a hard top.

The first new Toyota Hilux I bought was a '93 extra cab 4x4 with the 31" tires, 4.56 gears and 5-sp manual trans. We sold it in 2002 to get a 3rd gen T4R.
Good luck with finding a hard top.

I just saw your thread, if your still looking I have a used fiberglass hard top off an 86, only thing is it doesn't have the roof liner on the inside and I got it so I could take the driver side slide window for mine. Still have the window frame and one of the 2 slide windows.
