I was broadsided with direct hit to my right rear. It's been in and out of the collision center because they have zero quality control. I asked about getting my rear axle checked and was told it was checked when they did the alignment. After asking about 12 times this is what I was given. They were supposed to email the actual report but that apparently got lost in the interwebs. Besides the fact that the bottom clearly says it's not within specs I'm trying to figure out what ones are off and how bad it is. Anybody have any insight? Thanks in advance

With that much -toe on the rear passenger tire you can likely sight down the side of the truck and visually see the front of the tire tweaked inward. Besides the alignment I would imagine rear axle bearings and seals will be an issue.

You need a frame shop that knows what they are doing. It may have knocked rear axle over and bent mount or spring perches. I don't trust anyone anymore unless I can watch both their hands. Everyone wants to hurry and get the money without doing a quality job. Some have a don't know how.

I would look for bent trailing arm or mount. Seems like they should have done that before the body work.

There's no adjustment in the rear either with a strap axle
Your axle needs to be pulled back to make all 4 wheels square. I did same thing to a Ram truck but pulled my springs back causing it to pull to right constantly and toe out the right rear.

There's no camber or caster on rear. Nothing to adjust except measure how square they are compared to front. Actually I think your rear is pushed back especially if it pulls to right now. Drive over a bluff into a tree and get one not bent. Always my last resort.

I can't even begin to describe the level of frustration I have with this collision center. They are saying it's A Ok. I have a hard time believing them now that I've had to bring it back 4 times because they keep messing other things up. This is the newest alignment sheet. I swear I feel a wiggle in the passenger rear but they assure me it's correct.

^Could be anything. Take it to a dealer or different independent shop and pay out of pocket for an inspection and alignment check. Axle or control arm could be bent. A control arm bushing could be torn. The collision shop could be simply incompetent with the alignment machine...

I'd be bitching to your insurance before you take it back.

I have State Farm and when I got my truck back they told me to drive it for a week and see if everything was ok. Then I should authorize to pay them for the repairs. Not sure if your insurance withholds payments to repair shops.
