On my recent suspension build, documented here:

    Bilstein 8112/8100 Lift

    And here:

    Bilstein 8112/8100 - Cross Post

I used a Dr. KDSS panhard bar relocation bracket. The bracket worked great on the lower setting to make the panhard bar parallel with the ground, and my 4Runner drives great. Before the suspension upgrade and installation of the panhard bar relocation bracket, the rear axle was shifted to the passenger side ~1", and I hoped the bracket would center the axle. But after installing the new suspension and driving it enough to let everything settle in, I still measure 7/8" towards the passenger side.

Is an adjustable panhard bar the last missing piece to center the rear axle? I know we are talking about 7/16", which isn't much, but after everything I've done, I see no reason to hold back from getting the suspension setup the best it can be.

Also, I have different lift heights for the driver and passenger sides front and rear. The front driver height is 22 11/16", with the passenger side at 22 5/8", nearly perfect and seemingly better after some driving. But the driver's rear height is 23 7/8", and the passenger's is 24 3/8". Would a 1/2" spacer on the driver's side rear spring be appropriate? Or would centering the rear axle help with the height discrepancy out back? Installing the adjustable panhard bar and a spacer simultaneously would be easiest, but I am open to doing the bar first to see if the heights even out.
