I installed Morimoto hd gen 2 for my 2023 4runner limited. does any one know where the ACC under the dash is? my drl lights turns once in awhile. HELP!

I get ACC (accessory 12v) from a wire tap from the cigarette lighter wire. in short that wire goes to a dash switch then goes to a relay and power my drl (grill lights) from the battery 12v.
