Already blown out sun roof drains. AC coming in both sides on floor boards, and I can hear it swishing in the dash. Ideas?

Evaporator drain line may be stopped up. If you have a wet vac, try sucking out the a/c drain line from under the truck with the wet vac

My thoughts exactly. You can also use a flexible pipe cleaner also and push up the drain tube to help clean it out. Just make sure you are ready to move out of the way when she gives birth! Depending on how long the water has been there, its going to stink... possible A LOT!!!

Try running a wound guitar string into the A/C drain. Its firm yet flexible. The A/C drain should be on the lower right side of the firewall, black rubber tube pointing downward. But try sucking it out with a wet vac first.

On other vehicles I have remedied this issue by cleaning out the catch basin at the top of the system. Leaves and other detritus accumulate at the vents in front of the windshield, deteriorate, fall through the vent, and turn into a sludge that blocks the drain at the top end. I don’t know if that catch basin as accessible from the top on a 4Runner, but if it is, that is a more thorough and long lasting fix.
