2004 Black Sr5 V6 $Runner

Hi, I have a 2004 4Runner 4.0l V6 and I am trying to diagnose an issue. Has anyone had experience checking if their ABS modulator is going out or is there some regulator that could be going out? I can hear it turn on and pump randomly and it can happen when driving, braking, in park, or in neutral. It doesn't affect the braking or driving of the 4runner at all. Thanks for the help!
