While driving the check engine light came on. Drove it for about 10 minutes and turned the 4runner off. Then turned the key to accessories. The check engine light came back on along with the a/t oil light. Now the 4runner won't start. Won't even turn over. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Warning lights kinda tell you something is wrong.

A/T Oil Light is transmission temp normally. Not sure if its thats what the light is for on the 4R. Check fluid level wont be 100% accurate without the vehicle running but you should know if you are low.

Smell it too. Pretty sure its gonna smell burnt.

You'll have to pull the codes.

Doesn't explain why it won't turn over though. Do you hear a "click" at all? As long as you're in Park, you should be able to crank the engine at least with a good battery.
