I’ve replaced the window harnesses and before I get the door panels back on I’d love to repair my front passenger electronic lock mechanism. I’m having trouble pulling this piece out; I’m scared to break the little plastic clips...anyone have some good ideas or at this point a good mechanic in the phoenix, AZ area?...Thanks

Hi there, I am writing to you from Yuma with a question about your experience opening up your door panel to possibly repair my lock mechanism. My trucks driver side door will not unlock from the outside using the key or by using either button inside. I also wasn't given a fob when I bought it in December 2022. The lock issue I can deal with but at only 143K miles she has an intermittent electrical phenomenon that I cant seem to find. To keep this short, my truck will randomly give me power at accessory but silence when I turn the key to start. I've done all of the things. ALL of them. From relays to neutral safety switch and yes its in park! Sometimes I'll wait 5 minutes and it'll start, sometimes it'll take 45 minutes. Just never know. So, could it be the anti theft? Who the heck knows. Sorry for the ramble.
    -Heidi
