Has anyone had the 75k maintenance service done? If so, what does it include and how much?

I bought my 2014 4Runner new and it has 73,500 miles on it now. I get the oil changed and tires total as recommended. Do I need that 75k service? Thanks.

    Just look in the manual.

The big one is around 100k miles. All the fluids.

Thats right. It’s very satisfying to do your own fluid services and to know they’re done correctly. There’s plenty of instructional info on this forum and the T4R forum.

I plan on doing my own fluids, but I'm a little nervous about doing the transmission drain and fill.

From what I've read, you have to be careful to get just the right amount in.

When I did the transmission, I measured what came out and put exactly that same amount back in.
Wife was a little upset that I used her kitchen measuring cup, but it worked.

My 21' 4R has only 2,300 miles on it. So nothing yet. But my trade-in was a 10' FJ Cruiser which is the same drive train. Changed the oil and tire rotation every 10,000 miles. Changed the transmission fluid every 40,000 miles. At 75,000 did the following:
New brake pads and rotors all around.
New struts and springs all around, and front end alignment.
    New drive belt.
All that might not be necessary yet. But I did it so that I knew I was good with those items for another 75,000 miles. But in any case, I would change the drive belt at that point.
    At 120,000 miles:
    Changed ALL fluids
    Cleaned throttle body
    New spark plugs
    At 150,000 miles:
    New drive belt
All of the above could be considered as regular maintenance. That's all I ever had to do for 161,000 miles at trade-in. Shows how good the FJ's and 4r's are built. Just before trade-in at 160,000, had the oil and filter changed and tires rotated. The brake pads still had 40-50% pad left. I guess at 71 years old I still can't believe how long lasting the newer ceramic brake pads last. LOL

Super simple, just measure what came out and put the same amount in. Done
