Currently rebuilding 5VZFE (stock). I am about to install the pistons. I had them labeled where they go before the machine shock but now they are not. Can anybody help with the labels so I know which piston goes where. I checked the manual from AllData. Either they do not have it or I cannot find. Sorry if this has already been posted, I checked but did not find it.

The Labels on the Pistons are as follows:

    A2, B1, B2, A2, B2, B2.

    Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the help. I looked at the website and saw on a few videos that the number 1 or 2 is stamped into the head. Unfortunately, either mine did not have one or it got machined off.

A follow up question………. I know the dots on top of the piston face forward. Which way does the oil hole in the piston face (in or out). Or does it is determined by the champer (not sure if that is spelled right, the beveled part) in relation to the crankshaft. Thanks.

Thanks for the response. Yes I have that manual and the instructions from ALLDATA.com. Neither one say anything about which way the oil holes should face. I appreciate the help.
