I looked on the forum for an answer but didn't seem to find anything clear cut.
I want a ladder for my 5th gen hatch because im 5 foot 3 and actually need the ladder to reach my roof rack. It seems like there's so many ladder options but what is actually best for sturabilty and functionality? C4? Gobi? Westscott Thanks in advance for the input.

Whatever you think looks best. They’re all good. I chose victory for the larger steps and mounting capabilities for stuff.
I also only paid 299 for it. I see they upped the price to over 400

I think Greenlane has a gobi look alike for cheaper and better lead times

thank you for the input! only thing i dont like about gobi so far is that it doesnt have any way to mount anything to it where im finding these other ladders are more of a utility ladder with multi-purpose.

For sure. Just keep in mind gobi has some crazy wait times. There’s also a bunch of makers out there that build mounts for them, you’re just gonna pay $$.

don’t forget you’ll need to upgrade your hatch struts if you add anything to the ladder

I have a gobi, I like it but I got it for $150 off Craigslist. No way I’d pay retail.

Which struts are recommended for ladders with extras on them? Any particular ones?

I’ve had the liftsupportsdepot ones for about a year no issues. I opted for heavy duty but probably not necessary for my use

Thanks much, I'm not there yet but I collect knowledge to file away for later.
