Last week my head unit got the white screen of death. I am now looking online to source a replacement JBL / Nav unit from junk yards or eBay. All the junk yards keep asking for the 5 digit code on my radio (57086 in my case). I am wondering if I need to find one within a certain range, or if I can just look for any silver JBL unit with Navigation.

Picture below of where the number is (from an eBay add)

I think any JBL unit should work as long as its the right style. That looks like it's a pre-2020 and I'll be putting up a full swap kit for sale for the 20+ style once my new headunit comes in if you're interested in a little bigger screen and Carplay
