I have a ‘91 4Runner and I am wondering if a Tacoma bumper (front) of the same era would fit my 4Runner?

Tacomas weren't made until 95. For compatibility, you would need to find a Toyota truck from 94 or prior.

The 90 to 95 Toyota Pickup and 4Runner shared many of the parts front Bumpers Yes actually the entire front clip - Fenders, hood, side marker lights in 1996 the Pickup changed and just headlights and side marker lights interchanged (information from my Hollander Interchange Manual)
