4Runner no start

    Had an aftermarket theft deterrent system
    My 4Runner had an aftermarket theft deterrent system. After the battery died it will not let me start the car and sounded the horn. I have removed the system, cranks but no start. everything works, horn, windows, door locks, just no start. Any ideas out there?
