    I have a modified 2012 FJ with a heavy-duty( Reman Transmission - A750F) automatic gearbox and King 2.5 off-road suspension.
Now I plan to take a 4Runner 2021 and modify it, but I want to transfer the items from the FJ.
Is it possible for me to transfer all the items, especially the gearbox?

Welcome. I'm pretty sure someone will chime in with an answer. It may fit as long as it bolts up and everything lines up properly. The bigger question would be whether or not the transmission ECU will work with the older transmission and if it has all of the correct sensors.

    Just trying to understand:
So you want to remove Transmission from 2021 (A750F) and put instead heavy-duty(Reman[unfractured] Transmission - A750F) from 2012 FJ - ?

I thought the 2021 4Runner is a better vehicle. Including a better/improved engine. Transferring factory parts to 2021 4Runner looks like a downgrade. Not a mechanic so this post would be a learning for me to learn something new from knowledgeable folks..

    I'd let the transmission go.

It's better to upgrade to heavy duty part especially if you camping

It’s fine as is as long as you aren’t constantly overheating it. Finding out that the swap doesn’t work because of a pin change is going to be no fun. I’d rather just built the new one.

Too many mods and too much money
Assuming both vehicles are 4wd, the A750 4x4 transmission will work. Changing the transfer case in the T4R from electronic servo to manual requires drive shaft modification. So if you're putting both components from the FJ into the T4R, I'm pretty sure you will need DS mod, unless the T4R has a manual t-case of course. Then it should bolt up.
Regarding the ECU and how it reacts to a different set of solenoids, could be a problem. Maybe swapping throttle bodies between the two transmissions would work? Definitely curious how you work this out OP.

Building a new one and shipping it to the Arab Gulf countries is very expensive and what I have now has not been consumed much

What I know is that both cars have the same engine and gearbox, so I expected that it would be easy to transport the gearbox. Unless my expectations were not right

First I moved the kings suspension with the total chaos upper and lower control arms and it giver the car car better control.
Second I modified the Doug Thorley Y-Pipes with fox exhaust (Electronic Muffler). Unfortunately I couldn't transfer the Doug Thorley headers and now am searching for headers fin in 4runner 2021.
Third I install the airaid intake.
Remainin the transmission and smallIMG_20230706_100850.jpg IMG_20230706_100818.jpg
