4runner 1998 2.7L 4-cyl Help

    I have a 4runner 1998 2.7L 4-cyl that is having a noise issue I cant solve. Ive tried replacing pulleys and oil but the noise persists.
    If anyone can spot the issue please let me know, it will be greatly appreciated.

    Sound starts after the car sits in idle for about 5 min.

    Either sounds like a misfire or an exhaust leak. I don't have that engine so it's just a guess.
