New guy here, don't know much from anything. But I do know I would like to replace the tired looking and scraped up OEM alloy wheels on my stock '96 4wd SR5 'Runner. Does ANYONE have the definitive answer as to what other years 4Runner's wheels will work on my '96 SR5???.....have seen lots of info and it seems most everyone is all over the place with what works and what doesn't. I would prefer to stick with the 16-inch or maybe go up one to 17-inch but that's about as big as I want to go. Thanks for any help.

    Stock wheels are :

    16 x 7 with a 15mm offset

You can use a whole ton of other Toyota wheels, and Lexus wheels. Any of the 4th gen 4R, any of the 5th gen 4R, the Lexus GX460 as well as the Tacomas from like 2000-2015.

A ton of the Toyota wheels are 15mm offset, you can use a whole host of wheels and have the same offset just pick whatever you want.
