2000 4Runner

Hello all, I currently have a p0420 code active and need to pass smog. However, I have installed Doug Thorley headers. I was wondering if there are any 2-bolt flange carb cats available or if I have to cut and weld a 2-bolt flange on another new cat. I'm running some cata clean thru the system right now to maybe try to get one last smog out of it not very hopeful for that though.

Do you go antique in 25 years? Should be able to weld it, ya, I dont think it will run right without it too lean?
