I have a 1998 Toyota 4Runner limited that has 354,000 miles on it it runs great like it’s still new honestly. It idles so quiet you can hardly hear it.

I just had to get my engine replaced due to a pretty bad engine failure. Mine had 270K miles on her before I did that. My advice if you are concerned with it and want to keep it running like a champ just spend the few hundred and get it looked at, not worth losing a great rig.
