When I purchased my '19 ORP a few weeks ago it only came with one key. I'm looking to get another key with the attached 3-button remote, any recommendations on a place to get them? Also a place to program the key fob to the truck? I don't want to go to the dealer and get ripped off so I'm wondering if Batteries Plus or similar will do the programming.

    Thanks!

Also yes I searched and went through about 5 pages of nothing related to what I need.

    Lots of goodies
I have not bought one there, but the True Value hardware near me has a sign in the door that says “High Tech auto keys copied”. Might be worth a call.

Yes, the search engine needs a lot of help! lol

You might also try looking up some local locksmiths, I had checked on getting some spare fobs programmed for my 4th gen years back.
They were less than the dealer but still kinda pricey. I ended up finding out how to diy it online.

If your vehicle is still under factory/extended warranties.
It would be prudent to have all work done at dealership with certified Tech. I believe only certain techs are allowed to touch new vehicles. Based on my last visit to the service department. Hence avoid Saturday repair work. Except for oil changes/tire rotation.

If Toyota certified techs can't reprogram the new key fobs successfully. Lord help us all. :)

Does extended warranty cover new key fobs?
Certainly the techs can program fobs at the dealer, I think the issue is not wanting to pay $400 to the dealer for it.
