I have a new 23 ORP with less than 3k on the odo and something inside the driver seat backing moves in and out when turning left or right. (kind of where the lumbar is) The seat also creaks. I'm going to take it to the dealership first oil change, but has anyone else had driver seat problems?

Creek could be seat rails. Mine were replaced under warranty.

I took mine in for a squeak in the backrest of the back seat. They fixed it. Actually, they told me they fixed it. But I didn’t think they did…so I showed the writer that it still made the same sound as before. Then he reiterated the tech fixed it, and that I shouldn’t worry my little head about it, and also said I had junk in the trunk that was making noises, so it was probably that. It was a day well spent to know they fixed it! Even though it still makes noise.

Hopefully when you take yours in, they fix it, and you agree they fixed it. And they don’t chip your door edge on a concrete wall.

I’m so glad I’m completely out of warranty.:D

Adjust your seat completely back and then move it to the front just slightly. See if it still makes noise.

Just had to tighten the passenger seat rail bolts on mine. Would creak around corners

My seat creaks and pops if all the way back, agree with above that moving it like a mm forward will solve it (if in fact yours is all the way back).

My seat made noises for a while also and I moved it around as I read here on another post. I moved forward backward and adjusted the recline and it was ok. Not sure if just needed to get broke in or what. But thankfully no more issue

My seat squeaks when I lean left or right - then I remembered I was leaning to fart.

On a more serious note, I do feel like I can feel something move a bit where the lumbar support is lately. It doesn't squeak though. I should probably just adjust it a bit to see if it goes away
