Just purchased a 2023 TRD Pro 4Runner, I paired my phone and everything works but I cannot hear anyone that is talking to me. They can hear me but nothing on my side. Any ideas

Volume up while on a call. See if that helps.

Volume is all the way up or I thought. Tried it again and turned the volume up to make sure and that was the problem.

    While on a call though?

Yes while on a call, so I am guessing the radio volume is controlled differently than the phone volume.

Also check your phone and make sure it is outputting the call to the car..mine sometimes goes to earpiece even though I pick it up with the car button…

I have faced the same problem few times. Such a pain in the a** when the phone is in my pants to get it out. Hope the new headunit gets a firmware update for this problem.
