My 2022 4runner ORP: I had an ironman Valens-bumper & winch installed recently leading to a ridiculous nose dive...guessing 6 inches or so. Please, can you suggest what I could do to lift it back up. Shockers, struts or lift kits, etc.? The vehicle has KDSS
Also, I am in Charlotte NC and would be glad to learn and collaborate with anyone for this change. Have never done anything like this and am keen to learn

stock suspension? People usually get better suspension done, and then add bumper etc.

Stock suspension is under damped and adding any weight makes it sag. Stiffer shocks and coils will bring her right up. But remember, it will also greatly stiffen the right quality.

    You need stiffer springs

Super simple, with the added weight you will require a higher spring rate (lbs/in) to support it at original ride height.

There are a plethora of options ranging from using your stock struts with upgraded springs, to swapping out the entire coil over assembly. Hit the GOOGLE and you'll see a million options- typically folks do this upgrade in conjunction with a lift, but that's not necessarily required. However, searching "lifts" will help to find information on what is expected.

Shops can do it, but it's going to likely double the cost of the upgrade. It's doable by yourself if you have the ability.

Bilstein 6112 with 600 lb springs will cure that

Just picked up a 2024 ORP and it nosedives more than I would expect at stock so I imagine you have a bit with a steel bumper and winch.

I run Icon 2.5 Resi on my Tacoma with 700lbs springs, revalved, and rides nice. These come with 13.5” 580lb springs stock. Icon has an option for 14” 700lb springs.

I have sliders, full Al skids, 6112s 650# springs and it rides stiff. K02 C tires may contribute as well
