I finally picked up the new 4Runner yesterday. We bought it last month (28th of April) and the next day went on our Viking River Cruise to Europe. Got off the final flight yesterday afternoon in El Paso, Texas and went straight to the dealer. The dealer had stored the 4Runner for22 days till we got back. The 4Runner had 26 miles on it, But, after driving to our house from El Paso, it now has 186 miles on it. Now to have some fun with it. 5CF98092-66C9-4010-9029-F8A83F6A35AB.jpg

Captain Spaulding, we flew to Amsterdam with our adult daughter and spent 5 days there. Then we took the bull it train to Paris and spent 2 days there while our daughter flew home. From Paris, Viking Cruise line bussed us to the dock where we boarded the ship. We cruised down the Moselle River to the Rhine River and then the River Main. We then took a bus to Prague where our tour ended. We were on the ship for 7 days.

Keynes, yes, Fox Toyota took care of us. The only thing they forgot was putting the new plates in the 4Runner when they got them. I called the representative today and he said he would ship them to us. We live near Silver City, NM, so, it’s about 160 miles back to El Paso.

Sounds great. I’ve been wanting to take my wife on a cruise but she suffers from seasickness. Is that a non-issue on river cruises? Sorry for wandering so far off topic.

Captain Spalding The River Cruise had no motion to it at all. There are no waves and the ship is 442 meters long and only cruises at about 20 knots per hour, if that. You never know the ship is moving. Really low profile ship so it can go under the bridges that cross the River. Food is excellent and plenty of it. You won’t regret it.
