    Hey y’all! I wanted your opinion on a Runner I’m thinking of purchasing. It’s a 2020 Limited 4X4. W/ 48k miles. Bone stock with third row. Clean title. Price to me would be $35,500. Thoughts? Opinions? Thanks!

    Hard to tell without pics….

    But price seems fair, as long it’s not a salvaged titled, there is no frame rust or major accidents listed on Carfax

    I would also look at XREAS shocks closely to see if there is any leaks.

    Unless you need everything that comes in the Limited trim, I would buy a new 2023 SR5 or SR5P 4WD with 3rd row at invoice pricing for only $4.5k-6.5K more.

    I have a 2020 Limited with third row and would say that’s a very good price — assuming it’s in solid condition (eg rust) and with well documented service per the manual.

    Otherwise, as @steelevo said, I think it’s a question of how much you want the Limited specifically. Personally I think it’s awesome. Love the full time 4WD etc. I also think steelvo might be a bit optimistic about the pricing for a 4WD SR5. Prob well into the 40s to get one new. But still, that’s a consideration.

    Invoice pricing can be had if OP is willing to wait and travel for an SR5. The Limited trim does have a lot of nice features that you won't get in the base trim. The only things that I miss from the Limited are full-time 4WD, memory seats, and cooled seats.

    That SR5 price seems to be for their 2WD model. The 4WD model is $41,430 MSRP and is more than 43K when you add third row seating and the destination charge. And this is for the stripper base model.

    I certainly wouldn't blame anyone for choosing to pay more to get a new 2023 base SR5 instead of a 2020 Limited with 48K miles on it. It all depends on one's priorities in terms of features and expense. I'm just noting that the actual out the door price for a new 4WD SR5 is unlikely to be only 3-5K more than this Limited.

    @Singleminded
    Thank you for noticing that. I edited my prior post to reflect 4WD and 3rd-row seating.
