Hey I have a completely stock 2018 trd pro. I want to run 285 Ko2s and dont mind minor cutting. From what I've read the TRD bilstein shocks are not rebuildable but I am unsure. I would like to keep the shocks I have but if I cannot should I just look into something new? If I'm able to keep the shocks, what do you guys think about either the westcott preload or toytec trd lift springs ? I am afraid these will potentially damage the car when offroading etc.

I don't believe the TRD Bilsteins are rebuildable but they are essentially the Bilstein 6112/5160. Not sure how many miles are on your 4Runner or what condition your suspension is in, but you might consider picking these up if it's time to replace.
If your factory TRD Bilsteins are still in good condition, you could look at the Toytec or Westcott kits. I have the Toytec kit personally and have been happy with it so far. I am able to run a 285 tire on the TRD Pro wheel without any rubbing.

With my experience relatively low cost Ironman FCP or very expensive ELKA 2.5DC is a good upgrade to TRD Fox. (I don't have TRD Bilstien personal experience)

With about 2.5 lift and minor plastic trimming I was able to fit 285s with out much trouble on my TRD ORP and Limited. But a very famous Youtuber and many experience members here say that lift will do no help. So might wanna give a try. I didn't have much luck fitting 285s on stock TRD Pro. Search around the forum you will find very valuable info shared by our experienced more knowledgeable members vs amateur myself.

Im at around 69k miles but the suspension seems fine right now. Do you have any experience with the Toytec kit offroad? Ive read and have seem varied responses with regards to potential damage to the vehicle. If the suspensions lifetime is say 90k miles then I would just look to pick up a new setup.
