2017 SR5, CEL, TRAC, Flashing Reverse

Truck as roughly 25k miles on it, always babied.

Drove to Costco yesterday. 30ish miles drove fine. Parked it, went out to move it this morning and the check engine light was on and trac, and reverse is blinking when I put it in gear.

Drive seems to work fine, but the minute I put it in reverse I can floor it and it goes nowhere, I let off the gas and floor it again and it'll move. But the minute you let off it'll stop again and you have to floor it again a few times before it finally moves again.

Any advice? I did just get gas yesterday, could the gas cap be the issue?

I'd guess it's neutral/park switch since it rusts to the point it acts up on a lot of 4Runners after 7-8 years. But your truck seems to be about 5 years old, so maybe it something new - you need to get code from OBD II scanner.
