2017 Pro in Cement

Sure this is tired topic but has anyone seen a relatively low mileage '17 Pro in Cement with low'ish mileage for sale? There was one in Marin County 27K miles I missed by a day a couple weeks back. I'm in NorCal but looking nationwide and patient.

I almost got a plane ticket but then found one 45 minutes up the road from me.

Just curious how many miles did it have and what were they asking? I have one lined up but need to work on the price.

 

40k miles asking was 48k
