2016 Black SR5 4WD

I'm new to the 4runner world, and just got my hands on a super clean SR5. It has the 3rd row seating which i really never plan to use, has anyone removed the 3rd row to access all of the space it occupies?

Any conversion kits or anything out there... even if it were to replace with a set of nice storage drawers or something.

Im really into fly fishing and would love to use that space for gear storage.
