After a great experience with our kids using a 2002 for 15 years and 150,000 miles I finally acquired one for myself. Quick question. Reviewing the service history it appears that the previous owner was going through brake pads way too frequently (rears 16,000 miles, fronts 8,000 and recently only 2,400 miles). Pistons frozen in the calipers? Master cylinder issue?
Taking it back to the dealer on Wednesday to sort out as they have been doing all the work on the car since new.
    Love the car!

I have seen this often working in the auto parts business. Two main possibilities; heavy mountain driving or a scamchanic taking advantage of the owner.

    Welcome.

My 2016 limited was at 110k miles when I sold it and still had 30%+ pad life on all corners.
