2014 White 4Runner w/ leveling kit

I've attempted to use a non hubcentric 2" spacer but the issue I ran into was that lugs still have room to move within the hole in the rim since the tundra lugs are normally so much alrger than the standard 12m thread required on the 4runner lugs
