I have a 1988 4Runner that I'm retro fitting 2017 4Runner 17" rims on. Any suggestions on a C load rated tire? I've a google induced brain fire searching for a good set of tires for road use and aggressive appearance tires. Most searches bring up LT tires with a D load rating which is overkill for the 1988 4Runner,
Manufacturer and purchasing company appreciated, Thank you, Scott
4Runner currently has a lift and 16 inch rims with 10.5" wide tires that don't rub

Just completed a R&R of the engine and she purrs as kitten, just a wonderful machine!!

The offset will be not as good. My 4Runner when I bought it had some Tacoma/4Runner 17's. It didn't look good at all. I'm using FJ60 steel wheels at the moment. Maybe if I go bigger than 33's I'll upgrade but I doubt I'll go bigger than 33".

Thanks for the info, I'll take all experiences out there to help with the decision.
